43´and that went super easy! Pace very easy around 1:56,0. Target Capped HR 152 but once on the roll wanted to set a fast 10K. (ICL) and did it in 19:21,0. Wanted to easy of but did a 30´in 15.485m. After again trying to ease of. But now the new target was a fast 20K. Managed it in 38:49,5. Last 4' easing off but a pretty fast time.
