After the victory of Sven Kramer (never had thought he could do that!) motivated to break my incourant 10K on the Bike. PB was 19:06,5. (01-06-2018) Easy from the beginning and could accelerate during the session. Smashed by PB with over 30 seconds. Feeling strong and more to come. Splits: First 4K 7:30,4 2nd. 4K 7:26,5. Last 4K in 7:21,7.
