2nd attempt after slipping out of pedals.
Very easy in the beginning with pace around 1:35,0 after 500m. total decline and legs running full. But as I had a margin hang on with pain, pain. Much worse than a 40K!! But improved my PB (1.41,1 and SB 70+ 1:43,3 to 1:38,0. Regained top spot 70+ which was 1:39,7.
