Blow me down. After 5 days been away and travelling and only doing some Ski Erg the first 3 days and having complete rest the last 2 days took up the training again. As the index gave undertraining opted for a 60' which I wanted to do around 30K. But already after a few minutes it felt so easy that U seriously considered if I could attack my 60' WB. 7.800m. + - 15.600m.+ - 22.900m. + and in fact had it in the pocket. 31.163m. which is an improvement on my WB/PB with 129m. They call it tapering off I believe.
