Not being 100% for the last couple of days. Fighting not to get a throat infection. Lost my voice on the way. Anyway thought to do just an easy 1 hour to sweat it out. Went unexpectedly easy. 7.744m. after 15' and 15.490m. after 30' Took 32' to get over 500+. Tried the rest to do at approx. splits of 2:00.
