There we go. First time a 60'. Only done once a 10K some 6 months ago. WB was 13.129m (2:17,07). Based on my 2K I should be able to do 13.260m (2:15,7). Quite easy under 2:15 and 2:14. Halfway 2:13,8. Basically I knew I had it in the pocket. Adjusted target to 13.333m. (2:15). Managed 13.355m and top spot on 60´70+. Would have never thought I could sustain it 1 hour when I got the machine after fainted more or less after 2 minutes.
