Quite some time ago I bit along rowing session. 10K is the distance for IRL this month, so I better had it done. Target 2:08, 0 is 3:00:00 on the FM. Managed to stay around 2:06 pace, so just under 42' Well what to say..with a PB of just above 37´' Have to be content with what it is.
