Pff. On the list for ISL for March a 10K. That was expected to be tuff and so it was. Had hoped for 2:12,0 although based on my PB 2K is should be around 2:13. Anyway prosperous start 5K in just under 2:10, but after that went through the draines. It was slipping all the time and getting dizzy. PB with over 1' but to to be done too often. Moved up to 2nd. place in the ranking. First place totally out of reach.
