3 days no training due to a pressure of work. Went very easy from the beginning and pace 1:56,0 came easy. 30K seemed easy and 31K was in sight. Thought my PB/WB was just over 31 so aimed for that. Thought with 31.112m had it in the pocket to find out that my PB/WB was already 31.163m. Anyway good performance.
