Yesterday done some cycling on the MB. Totally different and hard at times. Today just wanted to do a quick half hour with target 15.500m. Cold start but soon the pace was around 1:52 -1:53 without effort. Super fast 5' 10' 15' with over 8.000m. My WB/WR/PB was in sight with 15.855m. Even 16K was possible but I let it slip in the 3rd. part. However managed to improved from 15.855m to 15.974m. Happy but still a bit disappointed.
