As I notice that Richard (Hardenberg) was doing some 10K´s at low HR, opted to do one as well. Slow start and aiming for 2:15,0. But soon down to 2:14 and 2:13,0. Next target 2:12,5 and in the end trying to dive under 44:00. Managed and did not have a clue that this was a fat PB by 20 sec. Going better!
