Another distance for the 2020 ranking. Things go relatively easy. Starting easy with low HR. 15` - 7750m.- 30´15.420. Approaching 20K I got cramp in right calf. That seldom happens to me. Had to PD and taking it easy after that. Still managed over 30.500m.
