Just a month ago I discovered the Ergathlon challenge.
Do not train for it but do once in a while a test. First super sprint Ergathlon on 02/05/19. Now 1 month later know how it works and feels. In a way quite easy as it is only a 6 minute burst. After burning is intense. New WB by quite some margin.
