Seriously tired. Too much physical work and too little sleep. Despite that at the end of the day wanted to set a time for the 10K on Ski Erg. I know this is torture. Always start slowly but always get carried away. 30´just over 7000m. After that hard work but managed to shave of nearly 60 sec. of my PB. Just failed to dive under 43
