Failed to do anything for the last 3 days. Got the new part of the Bike yesterday (what a service). Took me a while to fit it. Bought new shoes and pedals this morning. Anyway all geels as new again. Hottish. Did a test drive of 30' and managed to get over the 15k or under 2:00. A new bike makes all the difference.
