Another day off but lots os action in and around the house. Quite a bit cooler today. So tried to stay on the Bike for an hour. First 15' slightly increasing till I reached 2:00 after 15´, managed to keep that till 30' with HR 156. After that decided to drop the HR till under 152 and stay there. Managed over 29K.
