That is long time ago that I did a 40K! In fact it was the 17th. of May.
This one just to get back into longer distance sessions. That is the key to better overall performance.
Target 40 splits starting at HR 123 up to HR 162, but after about 154 could not get the HR up enough.
Overall a good and relatively easy performance.
