Pfff. My son is challenging me to do a HM on the SKiErg by the end of this month. Hardly have done any Skiing this year. Opted for one I had not done before but was one of my Rowing favourites 1/4.
To beat HM best year I should do pace 2:30,0. Target today was 50:00 or pace 2:22,0.
During session adjusted it to 2:20 but could always keep a pace under 2:20.0 and managed 2:17,2
