Was the intention to do an HR Capped 60´with increasing HR from 120-149. However 2 things went wrong. Had the damper too high and the HR Monitor did not work properly for the first 10´. But the pace was below 2:15,0 without great difficulties. 30´ 6700m. 10K just under 45`= 2:15,0 pace. Was able to keep that pace for the last 15´and managed to come close to my PB within 9 meters. Quite amazing that I am back into kind of shape within 3 weeks.
