Temperature dropped. This week done only rowing for a change. Opted for setting a time on the 40K. Not very hopeful looking at the same session 15 days ago which ended in over 2:08,0. Target 2:06,0 - went easy reduced to 2:04,0 and could establish at 2:03,0 which I was able to keep the whole distance and that is a surprise. Training pays of it seems. 1:21:56,4 is minutes above my PB but acceptable for the time being.
