The 10K yesterday gave me a little confidence back. I really should go long stretches at easy pace. As it turned out easy pace is 2:13,0 and not 2:08,0 as I want. First row of 1 hour or longer since August 2018.
This went pretty well. Aim is 14.065 for1 hour before end of June! 10K split was over 15 seconds faster as yesterday.
