Last day of May and in general last day to set times for the ranking. Now done most of the distances up to 1 hour. Today was an attack on my PB 60´which stood at 13.355m. from last year Feb. Was relatively soft with 2:14,98. Target 2:12,0 or below. First 30´OK with 6.950m. and pace under 2:10,0. After that the difficult part started. Hard work but PB with over 300m.
