Done earlier this week 3x30´on the 3 disciplines now trying to do 3x10/20K. Yesterday rowing was OK. Today on the Bike also target to do AHR around 140. So much better than a week ago. Exactly 5 sec p/s faster as on rower. Ski tomorrow should be +3 sec. I guess
