Another anaerobic session. Tought it was 3-4ºC cooler as yesterday and wanted to test my Temp Theory. Every 3º lower should give a 1 sec increase in pace at the same HR. 5 splits with target HR 140-152-159-162-165. Easy Sub 2:00 pace till 30' 15.075m. - 20K and 48', After that I let it slip and took it easy. Was however a SB by 250m+
