Still not up to the minimum level I want. Opted for another hour and wanted to take it easier. Trying 5 splits of 2:00 (30K). But although relatively easythe first 3 splits (30´and 15.030m.and 20K in 1:59,9 HR was too high. Stopped for a while and after that tried 2 splits of 2:08,0 (Not easy).
