There we are. Finally the 30K + for the hour. Knew it was kind of possible when in the mood and temperature right. Not perfect with 20,6 at the start and 22.3 at the finish. Target HR 140-152-159-165 and stayed within. 30 splits of Sub 2´Failed on 28 and 29. But SB from 29.815 is OKish.
