Attack on time IRL 7:41,0 SB 7:37,6 and in best form Sub 7:30 or even better attack on Nº 1 position 7:24,6.
According to my calculator I should be able to do 7:23,0. Went even quite a bit faster without real problems. 7:18,0 is still quite a bit away of my PB 7:09,7, but coming closer.
