Adjusted the footpath of my Erg. Put it maybe 1 cm to the right thus avoiding my ankle hitting the bar. Testing it with a 5K. Looks like it is doing the job. Could be maybe a little bit more but overall much better. Tried for 21:00 abmd just managed.
