Based on the 30´WU it was a bit on the cards that it could go fast. SB and WB was 18:55,2. Starting off at a pace of about 1:54,0 and split 5K accordingly with 9:30,0. Managed to do a negative split with a fast last K in Sub 1:50,0. SB and Verified WB beating my old time with 1,7 sec.
