Another rest day yesterday. New lockdown so kind of home bound. Wanted to do another around 2:00 20K. After 4 to 5K noticed it went easy and tried to up the pace. I knew vaguely my WB was around 1:57,0 (39.00). From 1:59 to 1:58 and after 12K around 1:57,0. Trying to keep that pace counting on my fast last 2K. Turned out I improved my SB and WB with over 9 sec. My PB however stands at 38:21,1
