Rest day yesterday. Grey and rainy weather.
Decided to do a 40K at easy pace. How easy to be determined. Pace 2:08 and see what happened with the HR. Tan opted to go as gigh as 159, changed it to 152 to decide to try and keep it at 140. Long time ago I mentioned to control myself.
