Lots of office work. wanted to do a 50K but changed it to 1 hour. Target 2:00. First split 1:59,8 and after that it went easy. 10K in 19:30 30´and 15.385m. Thought the SB was about 30.500. Just tried to beat that with a fast last 1K. Turned out that SB was only 30.359m. So a SB by some 150m.
