Another 30´and that is nº 7 in a row. Just to see how it effects the performance at Polar Recovery. Started at lower 2:00 and could keep up the pace easily 15:300 became 15.400 and 15.500 (yesterday 15.370m) ticking 15.600 and with a very fast last 3´managed what turned out be a SB by 30m.
