Finally did it after many failed attempts this season. Not perfect but good 40K. Easy beginning.. 30´and 15.250m. 20K in 39:20,0 and 60´30.354m. After this tried to consolidate at HR 159 with a faster last 1K in 1:51,0 SB by nearly 40sec.
