Attempt to break the WR on the 10K.
WR was 18:40,8 from Charles Hodge. My PB before official ranking was 18:35,7 from January 2019. Modest start and upping the pace. Target pace 1:52.0 or 18:40,0. Managed at the end to dive under it and with a fast last 500, stayed 0,1 above my PB but improved on the WR with 5 seconds.
