Bit pissed off about the bad performance on 40K earlier this week. Temperature dropped quite a bit so decided to give it another shot. Target pace was SB of last year 1:19:27,7. Good performance in the beginning with 30´and 15.210m. 20K in 19:28,0 and 60´and 30.330m. Let is slip after km 33, but had enough margin to stay sub 2:00, 0 and with my usual fast last K managed just under 1:59,0 which is 9 seconds faster as last years SB.
