11 days no rowing. Opted for a 10K...just for the ranking. Target 43:00,0. = 2:09,0, whilst 2:08,3 shouldbe the minimum. cannot get the HR up and that is very strange is it nit? Anyway 2:07,3 is good given the form and little rowing I am doing.
