Yesterday feeling not to well. Pretty tired at the end of the day so skipped training. Today decided to try an hour on the Rower. Last time maybe a year ago!? Very, very, strange. I cannot the heart rate up. Cannot get it over 140. 13.707 was better than last years 13.665m.
