Back problems continue. Normally best remedy is to do slow and long sessions. So opted for a FM 42.195m.starting at very easy pace. Went very smoothly. 30´2:01,1 at low HR. After some changes decied to try to keep HR Capped at Max 140. Slipped on last split. Could well be that Ibruprofen contributes to low HR.
