Well, well. Had set my mind to do also a 40K although beyond my fitness reach. Nobody on the ranking yet. Lucky with the cool weather. Based on 7:35,4 of yesterday should be able to go under 1:23:00,0. My PB/WR stands at 1:18:13 (quite amazing). 20K at 2:02,0 -30K at 2:03,0 so tried 40K in 2:04,0. Strong last K managed to dive under 1:22:40
