Due to being busy 3 days without training. Intension was 2:06 easy, started already off with first split 2:04,0. Went too easy and 30´made 14.771m. Managed a sub 2:02 halfway. After that wanted to do splits of 2:04. Unintensily on the route to a new SB on the hour. 29.290 was nearly 1km. more than previous best.
