Another similar Interval session. Things are going pretty well and this type suits me well. The usual recipy. 15 splyts and each one equal or faster as the previous one- Target 210 watt. First split 213 and last one 250. The rest period is to get the HR back 20 beats. Normally done after 1:30 en between 20-24. After last splt HR in3´back to -50.
