Failed the 40K on the 8th. of May. Had set my mind on this for today. Based on results this week the target was 1:25:03,3 (2:07,50). Good temperature around 20,0ºC. Just made it but was far from easy. Many times P.D. after 30K. Giving up was an option but doing it again not desireable. Cycled on HR scheme of 2019. Way off target but managed to get myself together in last 4K.
