Only decide what to do when on the Bike. Had in mind to do an hour with increasing pace, starting at 2:15 and each 2 minutes 0,5 sec faster which should lead to a lsat 2´at pace 2:00. Managed to keep it ip to 46 minutes with HR 156. After that tried to get 2:08 or 28.130m. Done
