OK knowing now that the pain problem has greatly sorted can concentrate on the rowing. With severe knee and ankle problem I am very restricted in my movements but that is nothing new. Knee bend most likely even a bit as before so the arm have to do more work. Shaved off already 2,5 sec per 500m.
