Started on 2:25 splits but realised quickly I couldn't maintain that. Does to 2:30 splits which was difficult to hold. Kept it below 2:15 splits in last 250m. I think the many pilates and KB classes this week are making me tired.... yime to push through the pain! Pain is weakness leaving your muscles!!!!!
