I am a high performance Judo coach with an MSc in Advanced Sport Coaching . Former British -23 Powerlifting Champion(Drug free Association) British Veterans(Masters) Judo champion and national ranking Judoka 1994-2015. Competed for Bondy Judo(France) 1999-2000.

Nowadays, both ACLs snapped, rotator cuff stuffed on right shoulder, fingers destroyed, so basically rowing(badly- too short?) to keep all the wheels from falling off the bus.
