Doctors orders , Get in better shape ! I bought a cheap rower in December 2020 from a local buy & sell ad. $200.00 while I was on the oreder waiting list for my Concept D. Concept came in January , I am still learning how to row. My personal best right now is 22:12 for 5k meter row. I think I can improve with better technique and more time on the Machine. I am amazed at some of the times I see in my age group! I got a lot of work to do!
