Had to fudge with the flywheel (started off too high resistance, gotta work up to it). Inconsistent pace, and I was already a little taxed cardio-wise, but I hadn't gotten a 4k in for a bit so I wanted to squeeze one in.
Next time: I want to target a 1:45 pace at a 4.2 flywheel setting
