Hi I am Jenn. I'm getting older and have been doing way too much stress eating the past year. I am now doing r3 and have had no sugar for 5 weeks and have been walking every day. I have medical conditions that prevent me from doing a lot of workouts so I think this will be great for me. Cant wait to get in shape.
